Refund and Returns Policy

General Policy

At NordShop Club, we provide digital products only (guides, dashboards, toolkits, courses, and memberships). Since these items are instantly delivered and non-returnable, our refund policy is limited but transparent.


Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if one of the following applies:

  • ⚠️ Technical Issues – The file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or contains critical errors preventing usage.
  • 🔄 Duplicate Purchase – You accidentally bought the same product more than once.
  • 🚫 Wrong Product Delivery – You received a product different from what was described or purchased.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • The product meets its description but does not match personal expectations (e.g., design style, content depth).
  • You purchased without verifying compatibility with your software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Notion).
  • You downloaded and used the product before requesting a refund, without a valid technical issue.

Refund Process

  1. Submit your refund request within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at support.
  2. Provide your order number, product name, and a clear explanation of the issue.
  3. Our support team will review the case and respond within 3–5 business days.
  4. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
